Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-TrkB Antibody (A83183)

TrkB expression in Human Hippocampus (A), Cerebral Cortex (B), and Cerebellum (C) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-TrkB Antibody (A83183) at 0.05µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
