Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-TPH2 Antibody (A84979)

TPH2 expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-TPH2 Antibody (A84979) at 0.5µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.

TPH2 expression in TPH2 processes in cryosection of the infundibular nucleus of an immersion-fixed (4% PFA) human hypothalamus analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Staining was performed with Anti-TPH2 Antibody (A84979) and revealed with a biotinylated Anti-goat secondary antibody, avidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase (HRP), and Ni-DAB.
