Anti-Topoisomerase II alpha Antibody (A295224)

Samples: Whole cell lysate (25 µg) from Jurkat, HeLa, and HEK293T cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibody: Anti-Topoisomerase II alpha Antibody (A295224) was used for WB at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 10 seconds.

Samples: Whole cell lysate (1.0 mg per IP reaction; 20% of IP loaded) from Jurkat cells prepared using NETN lysis buffer. Antibodies: Anti-Topoisomerase II alpha Antibody (A295224) was used for IP at 6 µg per reaction. Topoisomerase II alpha was also immunoprecipitated by a previous lot of this antibody. For blotting immunoprecipitated Topoisomerase II alpha, Anti-Topoisomerase II alpha Antibody (A295224) was used at 0.04 µg/ml. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 1 second.

Sample: FFPE section of human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma. Antibody: Anti-Topoisomerase II alpha Antibody (A295224) was used at a dilution of 1:1,000 (1 µg/ml). Detection: DAB.
