Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Thrombospondin Antibody (A84405)

Thrombospondin expression in HEK293 cell lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were transfected to overexpress MYC tagged Thrombospondin an lysed in RIPA buffer. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour on 10µg protein per lane with Anti-Thrombospondin Antibody (A84405) at 1µg/ml (Lane A) or Anti-MYC at 1:1000 dilution (Lane C) and detected with chemiluminescence. Control: Mock-transfected HEK293 cells incubated with Anti-Thrombospondin Antibody (A84405) at 1µg/ml (Lane B).
