General Notes
This antibody was affinity purified using the immunising peptide immobilized on solid support. Immunoglobulin concentration was determined by extinction coefficient: absorbance at 280 nm of 1. 4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
Sample: FFPE section of human breast carcinoma. Antibody: Anti-SQSTM1 / p62 Antibody (A297753) was used at a dilution of 1:200 (1µg/ml). Detection: Vector Laboratories ImmPACT NovaRED Peroxidase Substrate.
Samples: Whole cell lysate from HeLa cells (1 mg for IP, 20% of IP loaded). Antibodies: Anti-SQSTM1 / p62 Antibody (A297753) was used at 0.4 µg/ml for WB and used at 3 µg/ml for IP. SQSTM1 / p62 was also immunoprecipitated using two other rabbit antibodies which recognize upstream epitopes in SQSTM1 / p62. Detection: Chemiluminescence with an exposure time of 3 seconds.
