Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Smad2 (phospho Ser465 + Ser467) Antibody (A308803)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa cells, using Anti-Smad2 (phospho Ser465 + Ser467) Antibody (A308803) at 1:1,000 dilution. HeLa cells were treated by TGF-beta (10ng/ml) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 10s.
