Anti-SHP1 (phospho Tyr564) Antibody (A90655)

Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa and RAW 264. 7 cells, using Anti-SHP1 (phospho Tyr564) Antibody (A90655) at 1:2,000 dilution. HeLa cell lysates were treated by CIP at 37°C for 1 hour. RAW 264. 7 cell lysates were treated by CIP at 37°C for 1 hour. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 3min.
