SGLT1 expression in isolated Brush Border Membranes from Human Kidney with (B) and without (A) immunizing peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed and 70µg protein was run per lane. Staining was performed with Anti-SGLT1 Antibody (A326294) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
