Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S1 Antibody (A309131)
Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T cells, using Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S1 Antibody (A309131) at 1:1,000 dilution. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 1s.
Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S1 Antibody (A309131) can bind immobilized recombinant SARS-COV-2 Spike S1 protein at 1 µg/ml (100 µl/well) with a linear range of 0.78-50ng/ml.
Immunofluorescence analysis of 293T cells transfected with SARS-CoV-2 Spike S1 fusion protein (top left) and untreated 293T cells (top right) using Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S1 Antibody (A309131) at a dilution of 1:400 (40x lens). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
Figure 4: Western Blot - Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S1 Antibody (A309131)
Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300µg extracts of 293T cells using 3µg of Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S1 Antibody (A309131). This Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S1 Antibody (A309131) at a dilution of 1:10000.
