Western blot analysis of mouse brain showing detection of 192 kDa RICTOR protein using Anti-RICTOR Antibody (A304940) at 1:1,000 for 2 hours at room temperature with shaking. Load: 10 µg. Block: 5% Skim Milk powder in TBST. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG: HRP at 1:5,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Color Development: ECL solution for 5 minutes at room temperature. Predicted/Observed Size: 192 kDa.
