Apatmer Binding Conditions
20mM HEPES Buffer, pH 7.35, with 120mM Sodium Chloride, 5mM Potassium Chloride, 1mM Magnesium Chloride, and 1mM Calcium Chloride. Binding Temperature: 37°C.
