This antibody recognises all subclasses of mouse IgG. Some cross reactivity with mouse IgM and IgA is expected, as is cross reactivity with rat IgG. Cross reactivity with human serum proteins has been minimised by solid phase adsorption.

Flow Cytometry: 1:25 - 1:100, Use 50ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl.

Shipped at ambient temperature. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Short term (up to 4 weeks): store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
