Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) Antibody (A16479)
Western blot analysis of extracts from 3T3 cells, using Anti-Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) Antibody (A16479). The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA.
Figure 2: Western Blot - Anti-Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) Antibody (A16479)
Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa cells, using Anti-Paxillin (phospho Tyr118) Antibody (A16479) at 1:2,000 dilution. HeLa cells were treated by EGF (100ng/ml) for 30 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 30s.
