Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-PAX1 Antibody (A84933)

PAX1 expression in Human Cerebellum lysate (A) + peptide (B) analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-PAX1 Antibody (A84933) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
