Specificity
p-PAK4/5/6 (S474) pAb detects endogenous levels of PAK4, PAK5 and PAK6 only when phosphorylated at serine 474, 602, or 560, respectively. The antibody does not cross-react with phosphorylated PAK1, PAK2 or PAK3.
