Western blot analysis of rat kidney showing detection of 21.2 kDa NRAS protein using Anti-NRAS Antibody (A305210) at 1:1,000 for 2 hours at room temperature with shaking. Load: 15 µg. Block: 5% Skim Milk powder in TBST. The secondary antibody used was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG: HRP at 1:5,000 for 1 hour at room temperature. Color Development: ECL solution for 5 minutes at room temperature. Predicted/Observed Size: 21.2 kDa. Other Band(s): 25 kDa.
