Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MIP-1 alpha / CCL3.
Specificity
This antibody recognises rat macrophage inflammatory protein-1 alpha (MIP-1 alpha), also known as CCL3.MIP-1 alpha has a molecular weight of approximately 7.8kD, which is produced by activated macrophages. MIP-1 alpha has been shown to be involved in the inflammatory response of blood monocytes and tissue macrophages.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
