Western Blot - Anti-MEK2 Antibody (A85164)

MEK2 expression in Daudi (A), Jurkat (B), K562 (C), and Molt4 (D) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-MEK2 Antibody (A85164) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
