Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MAX (phospho Ser11).
Specificity
This antibody recognises MAX, also known as protein max, class D basic helix-loop-helix protein 4, bHLHd4 or Myc-associated factor X, when phosphorylated at serine 11. MAX is a member of the basic-helix-loop-helix leucine zipper (bHLHZip) transcription factor (TF) family. MAX is a binding partner for Myc and Mad proteins and through dimerization with these TFs regulates transcription.MAX is phosphorylated at serine 11 by casein kinase II (CK2).
