Western Blot - Anti-Syntrophin alpha 1 Antibody (A83985)

Syntrophin alpha 1 expression in Human Muscle lysate with (B) and without (A) immunising peptide blockage analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-Syntrophin alpha 1 Antibody (A83985) at 0.01µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
