ELISA plates were pre-coated with 0.5 µg/per well Synthetic Virus-like Particle Human Claudin18.2 Protein (EGFP Tag) (A318480). Serial diluted Anti-Claudin18.2 Chimeric Antibody [Zolbetuximab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318887) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From above data, the EC50 for Anti-Claudin18.2 Chimeric Antibody [Zolbetuximab Biosimilar] - Azide free (A318887) binding with CLDN18.2-EGFP-VLP is 877.5 µg/ml.
