ELISA plates were pre-coated with Synthetic Nanodisc Human OR1E1 Protein (A324803) at 0.2µg/per well. Serial diluted Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with a secondary antibody before reading the ELISA. From the above data, the EC50 for Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human OR1E1 Protein (A324803) is 7.304ng/ml.
