ELISA plates were pre-coated with Synthetic Nanodisc Human EMP2 Protein (A325127) at 0.2µg/per well. Serial diluted Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody solutions were added, washed, and incubated with a secondary antibody before reading the ELISA. From the above data, the EC50 for Anti-Flag Monoclonal Antibody binding with Synthetic Nanodisc Human EMP2 Protein (A325127) is 4.249ng/ml.
