Serial diluted Anti-CCR8 Humanized Antibody [BMS 986340] - Azide free (A318852) solutions were added, washed, and incubated with secondary antibody before ELISA reading. From this data, the EC50 for Anti-CCR8 Monoclonal Antibody binding with CCR8-Nanodisc is 12.07 µg/ml.
