Western blot analysis of extracts of 293T cells, using Anti-Smoothened (phospho Ser611 + Ser615 + Ser616) Antibody (A308593) at 1:1,000 dilution. 293T-SMO cells were treated by SHH (0. 4ug/ml) at 37°C after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 1min.
