Western blot analysis of extracts of normal 293T cells 293T transfected with Spike S2 ECD Protein, using Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S2 ECD Antibody (A305898) at 1:5,000 dilution. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 1s.
Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S2 ECD Antibody (A305898) can bind immobilized recombinant SARS-COV-2 S-ECD-PFS protein at 1 µg/ml (100 µl/well) with a linear range of 3.12-50ng/ml.
Immunofluorescence analysis of 293T cells transfected with SARS-CoV-2 Spike S2 ECD fusion protein (top left) and untreated 293T cells (top right) using Anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike Glycoprotein S2 ECD Antibody (A305898) at a dilution of 1:100 (40x lens). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclei (blue).
