Western Blot - Anti-RIP (phospho Ser166) Antibody (A308005)

Western blot analysis of HT-29, using Anti-RIP (phospho Ser166) Antibody (A308005) at 1:1,000 dilution. HT-29cells were treated by 20 ng/ml mouse TNF-a, 100 nM BV-6 and 20 µM z-VAD for 5 or 6hoursThe secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 60s.
