HEK293 cell line was transfected with: Irrelevant protein (B) and human ICOS (A). Cells were surface stained with 1µg/ml of Recombinant Human ICOS Ligand/ICOSL Protein (Fc Chimera 6xHis Tag) (A318379) followed by Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody (Alexa 488).
