Western Blot - Anti-Nkx2.5 Antibody (A83026)

Nkx2.5 expression in Human (A), Mouse (B), and Rat (C) Heart lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed with Anti-Nkx2.5 Antibody (A83026) at 1µg/ml (A-B) or 2µg/ml (C) and detected by chemiluminescence.

Immunohistochemistry - Anti-Nkx2.5 Antibody (A83026)

Nkx2.5 expression in Human Heart analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by heating in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-Nkx2.5 Antibody (A83026) at 6µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
