Figure 1: Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody [RMG06] (Biotin) (A121258)
ELISA of mouse immunoglobulins shows Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody [RMG06] reacts to the Fc region of mouse IgG1, IgG2a, and IgG2b, and very slightly to IgG3. There is no cross reactivity with IgM, IgA, IgE, human IgG, rat IgG, and rabbit IgG. The plate was coated with 50ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 500ng/ml, 200ng/ml, or 50ng/ml of Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody [RMG06] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-goat IgG as the secondary antibody.
Figure 2: Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody [RMG06] (Biotin) (A121258)
A titer ELISA of mouse IgG. The plate was coated with different amounts of mouse IgG. A serial dilution of Anti-Mouse IgG Fc Antibody [RMG06] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-goat IgG as the secondary antibody.
