Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody [RM104] (Biotin) (A121283)
Western blot of non-reduced (-) and reduced (+) mouse immunoglobulins (20ng/lane), using 0.2µg/ml of Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody [RM104] (Biotin). This antibody reacts to non-reduced mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b,and IgG3. It showed no cross reactivity with IgM, IgA, or IgE.
ELISA of mouse immunoglobulins shows Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody [RM104] reacts to the Fc region of mouse IgG1, IgG2a,IgG2b, and IgG3. There is no cross reactivity with IgM, IgA, IgE, human IgG, or rat IgG. The plate was coated with 50ng/well of different immunoglobulins. 200ng/ml, 50ng/ml, or 10ng/ml of Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody [RM104] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
A titer ELISA of mouse IgG. The plate was coated with different amounts of mouse IgG. A serial dilution of Anti-Mouse IgG Antibody [RM104] was used as the primary antibody. An alkaline phosphatase conjugated anti-rabbit IgG as the secondary antibody.
