Western Blot - Anti-MMS2 Antibody (A83500)

MMS2 expression in Human Brain lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 30µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed for 12 hours with Anti-MMS2 Antibody (A83500) at 0.5µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
