Western Blot - Anti-KPNA4 Antibody (A84001)

KPNA4 expression in Human Ovary (A), Mouse Testes (B), Mouse Overy (C), and Rat Testes (D) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-KPNA4 Antibody (A84001) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
