Mouse monoclonal [23C6] antibody to Integrin alpha V beta 3 (PE).
Specificity
This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope on CD51/CD61 complex, that is expressed mainly on human osteoclasts, but also on others cells including placenta, or melanoma cell lines. The epitope is native and sensitive to fixation. In chicken this antibody can be used to selectively identify the thrombocytes.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
