This antibody recognises mouse interleukin-7 (IL-7).The biological activity of IL-7 includes stimulating the proliferation of pre-B cells, pro-B cells and activated T cells and inducing the synthesis of other inflammatory mediators, such as IL-1, IL-6 and MIP.

Reconstitute with 0.1 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution.

Lyophilized: Store at -20°C. Reconstituted: Store undiluted at -20°C, avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use.
