Mouse monoclonal [HDB4E10] antibody to Huntingtin.
Specificity
This antibody reacts with an epitope corresponding to the HDB region (amino acids 1844 - 2131) of the huntingtin protein. This antibody recognises a ~350 kDa band on western blots but also detects smaller degradation products of huntingtin.

Storage
Shipped at ambient temperature. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Short term (up to 4 weeks): store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended.
General Notes
The combined use of Mouse anti Huntingtin antibody, clones HDB4E10 and HDC8A4 demonstrate that huntingtin is enriched in neuronal cells in the brain.
