Anti-Human Kappa Light Chain Antibody [TB28-2] (APC)

Mouse monoclonal [TB28-2] antibody to Human Kappa Light Chain (APC).

This antibody recognizes human Ig kappa light chains of both secreted and cell surface immunoglobulin. It also detects free kappa light chains.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests; Extracellular and Intracellular staining.
