Anti-His Tag Anticorpo [AMC0149] (A17313)

Western blot analysis of various lysates, using Anti-His Tag Antibody [AMC0149] (A17313) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST. Detection was with a ECL Basic Kit. Exposure time: 90s.

Immunoprecipitation of over-expressed His-tagged protein in 293T cells incubated using Anti-His Tag Antibody [AMC0149] (A17313). A mock served as negative control and over-expressed 293T cell lysate served as positive control.

Immunoprecipitation analysis of 300µg extract cell lysate from 293T cells transfected with EPCAM expression vector containing a His-tag using 3µg of Anti-His Tag Antibody [AMC0149] (A17313). This Western blot was performed on the immunoprecipitate using Anti-His Tag Antibody [AMC0149] (A17313)at 1:5,000 dilution.
