Western Blot - Anti-FHL1 Antibody (A83184)

FHL1 expression in Mouse Skeletal Muscle (A), Rat Lung (B) and Rat Skeletal Muscle (C) lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-FHL1 Antibody (A83184) at 0.1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
