Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-Ferritin Light Chain Antibody (A84622)
Ferritin Light Chain expression in Human Brain (Cerebellum) (A), Liver (B), Human Placenta (C) 22kDa in Mouse Brain (D), Rat Brain lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-Ferritin Light Chain Antibody (A84622) at 0.3µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
Ferritin Light Chain expression in Human Spleen analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by heating in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-Ferritin Light Chain Antibody (A84622) at 4µg/ml and revealed with horseradish peroxidase (HRP).
Negative control for Ferritin Light Chain expression in Human Spleen analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and staining procedure was performed in the absence of primary antibody.
An ELISA examination using 1.5µg/ml of Anti-Ferritin Light Chain Antibody (A84622) as the reporter antibody and 5µg/ml of rabbit Anti-Ferritin Light Chain Antibody as the capture antibody.
