Western Blot - Anti-eIF4EBP1 (phospho Thr70) Antibody (A16403)
Western blot analysis of extracts of HeLa cells, using Anti-eIF4EBP1 (phospho Thr70) Antibody (A16403) at 1:2,000 dilution. HeLa cells were treated by Insulin (100 nM) at 37°C for 5 minutes after serum-starvation overnight. The secondary antibody was Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L Antibody (HRP) at 1:10,000 dilution. Lysates/proteins were present at 25µg per lane. The blocking buffer used was 3% BSA. Detection was with a ECL Enhanced Kit (RM00021). Exposure time: 3min.
