Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-DNA Polymerase lambda/Polk Antibody (A83716)
DNA Polymerase lambda/Polk expression in A549 (A) and HepG2 (B) cell lysates analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary incubation was performed for 1 hour with Anti-DNA Polymerase lambda/Polk Antibody (A83716) at 0.5µg/ml (A) or 1µg/µl (B) and detected by chemiluminescence.
DNA Polymerase lambda/Polk expression in Human Small Intestine analyzed by immunohistochemistry. Tissue was paraffin-embedded, and antigen retrieval was achieved by steaming in citrate buffer, pH 6. Staining was performed with Anti-DNA Polymerase lambda/Polk Antibody (A83716) at 5µg/ml and revealed with alkaline phosphatase (AP). Note this data is from a previous batch and is not on sale.
