This kit was specially developed for the detection of ceruloplasmin. The operation is simple and convenient, and the detection is sensitive and accurate. Ceruloplasmin catalyzes the formation of colored substances from o-dianisidine dihydrochloride, with a characteristic absorption peak at 460 nm. Thus, the ceruloplasmin activity in the sample can be calculated.
