Anti-CD8 Antibody [Bu88] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [Bu88] antibody to CD8 (FITC).

This antibody recognises the alpha-chain of human CD8, a 32kD glycoprotein expressed by the cytotoxic-suppressor subset of T cells and weakly by NK cells. CD8 functions as a receptor for MHC Class I molecules.

Flow Cytometry: Neat - 1:10, Use 10µl of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10⁶ cells in 100µl.
