Anti-CD3 Antibody [FN-18] (FITC)

Mouse monoclonal [FN-18] antibody to CD3 (FITC).

This antibody recognises the rhesus monkey RhT3 antigen, the homolog of human CD3. Mouse anti Monkey CD3 antibody, clone FN-18 has been reported to recognize a polymorphic epitope of the RhT3 antigen, which is expressed by mature T lymphocytes.

Flow Cytometry: 1:10, Use 50µl of the suggested working dilution to label 10⁶ cells in 100µl

Ion exchange chromatography of tissue culture supernatant.

Reconstitution dependent.

Lyophilized

Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of distilled water. Care should be taken during reconstitution as the protein may appear as a film at the bottom of the vial. Gently mix after reconstitution. For long term storage the addition of 0.09% sodium azide and 1% Bovine Serum Albumin is recommended.

Supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline with 1% BSA and 125mM Trehalose.

Shipped at ambient temperature. Upon delivery aliquot and store at -20°C. When thawed, aliquot the sample as needed. Short term (up to 4 weeks): store at 4°C. Long term: store at -20°C. Avoid freeze / thaw cycles. Storage in frost free freezers is not recommended. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light.
