Anti-CD19 Antibody [Bu12] (Amethyst Orange)

Mouse monoclonal [Bu12] antibody to CD19 (Amethyst Orange).

This antibody recognises human CD19, a 95 kDa cell surface glycoprotein, which is expressed on cells of the B cell lineage and follicular dendritic cells but absent on plasma cells. CD19 is an important signal transduction molecule which is involved in the regulation of B lymphocyte development, activation and differentiation.
