Anti-CD11b Antibody [ICRF44] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [ICRF44] antibody to CD11b (PE).

This antibody recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD11b, a 165-170 kDa type 1 transmembrane protein mainly expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, and NK cells.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
