Anti-CD116 Antibody [4H1] (PE)

Mouse monoclonal [4H1] antibody to CD116 (PE).

This antibody recognizes human CD116, the GM-CSF receptor alpha subunit (~80 kDa) expressed i.e. by neutrophils, eosinophils, monocytes, and macrophages.

Flow Cytometry: The reagent is designed for analysis of human blood cells using 10 µl reagent / 100 µl of whole blood or 10⁶ cells in a suspension. The content of a vial (1 ml) is sufficient for 100 tests.
