Western Blot - Anti-15 Lipoxygenase 1 Antibody (A84615)

15 Lipoxygenase 1 expression in HeLa nuclear lysate analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody incubation was performed with Anti-15 Lipoxygenase 1 Antibody (A84615) at 0.2µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
