Figure 1: Western Blot - Anti-IRF5 Antibody (A83145)

IRF5 expression in Human Spleen (A) and A549 cell lysate (B) + peptide (C) analyzed by western blot. Cells were lysed in RIPA buffer and 35µg protein was run per lane. Primary antibody was performed with Anti-IRF5 Antibody (A83145) at 1µg/ml and detected by chemiluminescence.
